E-commerce and Amazon Marketplace Specialist with hands-on experience building storefronts, campaigns, and listings across multiple brands, supported by broader paid media, CRM automation, and AI-assisted marketing systems.

Built and managed Amazon storefronts across two brands, covering 45 SKUs in total (30 for Eco Guardian's compostable packaging range, 15 for its sub-brand Bamboolia). Owned the full listing lifecycle: writing and structuring product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for SEO visibility, conducting keyword and phrase research, and maintaining catalogue accuracy as new products launched. Led a 48-page product catalogue audit, identifying and resolving copy errors, outdated or watermarked imagery, and SKU/barcode discrepancies to keep the catalogue accurate and launch-ready across both storefronts.
Managed paid advertising across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, running CA$2,000–3,000/month in Meta Ads spend driving cross-channel traffic across WooCommerce and Amazon storefronts. On Amazon specifically, ran a data-driven auto-to-manual PPC strategy: automatic campaigns harvested over 340 converting search terms, which were then used to structure manual Sponsored Products campaigns across 175 keywords for 3 core SKUs. This approach improved ACoS from 28% on auto campaigns to 14% on manual campaigns, achieving a 7.1x ROAS and a blended ACoS of 18.5% across the account. Campaigns were continuously monitored and optimised based on performance data rather than left to run unattended.
Managed inventory across both FBA and FBM fulfilment models, maintaining a 98.6% in-stock rate while keeping excess and stranded inventory close to zero. Resolved oversize and dimensional-weight issues that affected a bulk product line's FBA eligibility, redirecting fulfilment strategy to FBM where required to keep products sellable. Built and submitted FBA shipments to Amazon fulfilment centres, managing inventory placement and stock levels to avoid outages or overstock, keeping aged inventory to a minimum and surcharge costs at zero.
Used Mailchimp to build and nurture an engaged customer email list, including running a branded giveaway campaign to grow subscribers organically. Nurtured leads captured from trade shows through targeted follow-up sequences, converting in-person interest into ongoing engagement. Ran seasonal promotional campaigns through Mailchimp, driving traffic directly to Amazon and WooCommerce storefronts around key sales periods. Worked closely with the graphic design team to keep email content aligned with the broader content calendar, maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity across channels.
Worked across a wide range of reporting sources to guide decisions and support internal stakeholders. On Amazon, regularly pulled and analysed PPC performance reports and keyword-level search term reports from Seller Central to identify optimisation opportunities and refine campaign structure. Used Google Analytics to track and analyse traffic and conversion performance during the period running the WooCommerce storefront. Worked closely with inventory managers and accountants, sourcing and preparing order reports and financial reports (including ad spend reconciliation) to support inventory planning and financial oversight.
Built CRM and automation infrastructure connecting marketing and sales. Set up HubSpot CRM workflows that automatically routed qualified leads to the sales team, removing manual handoff delays. Built Apollo.io and Zapier-based lead generation workflows generating 15–40 qualified B2B prospect opportunities per month, and reduced manual lead processing time by around 60% through these automations.
